The content on Gigred is User Generated Content (UGC). It is up to the individual to check their uploaded content for breaches of copyright. If the content is found infringing upon someone's intellectual property, Gigred steps in and produces a notice asking the service provider to remove the infringing material. If this does not happen, Gigred will disable or remove any violations found by members. To proceed with your Copyright Infringement Violation report, please include the following: · Identification of your copyrighted work and which copyright it falls under. · Any registered or unregistered certificate/designation. · Proof of your copyright's ownership, such as the registration number. · A short description of how our user allegedly infringes your copyright. · Please specify the copyrighted content you claim to be infringing, such as the proposal URL. · Your complete name, address, email address, and telephone number. · The statement on an intellectual property claim is that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in this manner is not authorized by the copyright owner, his agent, or law. · Please provide a copy of the Notice and a statement that content is accurate and that you are the copyrights owner or notifying on behalf of the owner. · We may need your electronic or physical signature.
